Once specified, we carefully pick the perfect roast and trim off any dry-aged pellicle. We then weigh the roast to guarantee it meets the customer’s exact specifications before cooking it to their desired temperature on an extremely low heat for optimal tenderness and flavor. After cooking, the roast is promptly delivered to the customer, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience every time.
We offer a wide range of premium beef grades to suit every preference. Our USDA Choice provides great marbling and tenderness at an excellent value, while USDA Prime offers top-tier flavor with rich marbling. Canadian AAA beef offers a similar quality to USDA Choice. All the meat we offer is sourced from local farms committed to quality and sustainability. All ribeye roasts are delivered on the same day they are cooked, unless otherwise specified, ensuring maximum freshness and flavor. We proudly deliver to Westchester,NY and surrounding areas, providing a local, convenient service. For customers outside our delivery zone, overnight shipping is available at an additional cost to ensure the roast arrives within 24 hours, maintaining the quality and taste of our carefully prepared cuts.
